Everything here is new, so the access is easy
Antelope was planned and built from the late 1980s on. Level driveways, wide streets, garages you can back a truck up to, and about seven in ten homes owner-occupied. The centre of Antelope sits about five miles southwest of Roseville and fifteen miles northeast of downtown Sacramento. Is the drive to Roseville billed twice?
It depends where in each you are. Antelope to Roseville is about five miles centre to centre, and five miles is precisely the threshold in Maximum Rate Tariff 4.
